Is there a button to clear the clipboard or a setting that would do so automatically? Not accepting the first click to define a base point, sometimes but not always, is a trifle annoying.Ħ. Moving the drawing a bit because I can't pick the point I want, because there's a window with co-ordinates where I want to click, wastes time. Setting hatch parameters in a pop-up menu wastes time, put something in and keep moving-clean it up with match properties. Picking a command from a pop-up menu wastes time. If you had a gap, it might hatch the entire detail in the same time.
For AutoCAD Updates, after the initial product release, updates with bug fixes and feature enhancements are often issued (see Install Updates, Add-ons, and Enhancements and Download Finder). Old versions of the software would hatch an area in less than a second. Solution: AutoCAD or operating system updates needed: Problems may occur if essential product or operating system updates are not applied.
